This league is going to have 16 teams

This will be a slower paced league 1 game a week
This is to encourage a more dedicated player base (such as my brother's who have families)
Only dedicated players will be allowed in this league. 
I will ask around to see if I can count on you to not ditch out on the league

Features included:

*Either original NES roster or an updated roster (Voted on by the people in the league)
*Each player will be allowed to choose a City,Team Name,Color Scheme, and Playbook ( I will design your logos (small and big helmets.) or if you want you can send me a picture of what you want them to resemble. I am good at art, but don't expect a miracle.
*There will be all custom team rosters ( You will have the oppurtunity to pre-rank your players and I will do a draft based upon these pre-rankings.
*I might implement additional custom ROM hacks such as (2pt. Conversions, Anti-Auto Fire, and others that the League want.) I will make the final decision.. but most likely the majority will be the way I will roll.
