Everyone please PM your draft lists to auntsam. Use both of these links below as references. If he is unable to reach you for your draft pick, he will be using the tsbfaq's overall positional rating scale to make that pick.

At leasssst rank the positions in order of importance to your team

To simplify it for him and the league, he will not be selecting OL/K/P/Backups, and/or DL until all other positions are filled. In addition, he will be selecting based on your team need. If you have one QB, RB, WR, a LB1-3, and CB1-2 - he will be selecting the top rated set of Safeties, or LB2-4, whichever has the highest rating from the tsbfaq report.

It will be very helpful to use either or both of these references to make your lists, and/or decide who you will be selecting.

tsbfaq is an unbelievable in depth report of any and everything TSB.

Download TSB Manager 2000 for basic rom editing, and also for a position by position rating system of any attribute you are looking for. You may need to download Msvbvm60.dll, and place it into your windows/systems directory.

Here is an example of what the tsbfaq's sheet is all about for those who have not looked at it just yet. Below is a portion of the RB and TE rating scale. As explained above, if you are not around for your draft choice, and have not turned in a list, we will draft based on need. SO PLEASE ATLEAST SEND auntsam A PM, with a positional priority list, and then we can go off of the tsbfaq data sheet.

Here is an example of a situation that could occur, and the action that will take place. Let's say for instance, you have drafted 2 offensive slots (QB1, WR1), and 3 defensive slots (CB, LB1-3, LB2-4), we will be selecting the highest draftable offensive position for you between RB and TE. More than likely, you would favor the RB position over TE, but how can we know that w/out a list? So observing the 2 positions below (starters are indicated by *), we would be selecting TE Mark Bavaro for you, as he is the highest rated player, at a position of need for you. So if you don't want this to happen, please atleast send a positional priority list. It should only take seconds. However, an in-depth list is probably the most helpful.

The draft will be held over an AIM blast list, or chat room. auntsam probably knows more about this than myself, but just make sure you are online tonight, and ready to draft at 7:00pm est. Just 11 hours to go! :)

Here is another short example of what a group of player's ratings look like. Obtain this by doing your homework, and getting the tsbfaq data sheet, and adding up the players accumulation of attributes (ratings). This is how players will be selected if you have not turned in a list, and are not available to make your selection.

LINEBACKERS ROLB/LILB (1,3)

1. K.C. Thomas, Snow 613
2. GIA. Taylor, Reason 608
3. BUF. Talley Conlan 539
4. S.D. O’Neal, Plummer 534
5. PIT. Lloyd, Nickerson 533

hey thanks for all your good lists. the team backup list is really helpful. my brother(tkingfire30) and I still have not been able to connect with 1.39. i am just concerned that we will not be able to play in the league. we have been playing for over a year now but always with 1.40. when we try to connect he will host and his screen says connection requested but my screen is blank. neither of us can change the game. we have downloaded 1.39 from several different places like nestopia guide, tpc website, and rbibaseball. not sure what else we can do. any help would be great.

This will help for the 1.39 install...
Hijacked from Brooks thread he put together a year ago. Take a look. Hope it helps. Please if you can't figure it out hit me up on AIM: MRTECMOSUPERBOWL

please, if you have never used nestopia or have never uploaded a save state from nestopia into tpc or any other place, read bgboud's guide to setting up nestopia and read the few troubleshooting tips. here is the link:

http://www.tecmo.us/arena/viewtopic.php?f=463&t=18478
http://www.tecmoworld.com/ntl/nestopiaguide/

(the instructions are equally applicable to v1.39 as well)

internal compression MUST be turned off in order for files to be uploaded correctly into wtfrphile. an uncompressed save state will be about 12.8 kb big, while a compressed save state will be somewhere between 2-5 kb. you have the choice of either using v1.39 or 1.40. 1.39 can record video and in turn can be uploaded to wtfrphile, while v1.40 video recording does not work on replay.

when you go to upload a nestopia save file into wtfrphile make sure that you are on the nestopia upload page and not the nesticle page. by default clicking the STA link from your games list takes you to the nesticle upload page, so you must link to the nestopia upload page.

if you receive an error when uploading a save state, please copy the error message and post it on the board or send me a pm. common reasons for errors include uploading the wrong file format or not uploading a video. if the error results from the latter, check the recap and make sure all the stats are there (i'm working on fixing that error).

if you are unsure about any of this at all, please get with someone who knows before you play a league game with nestopia.

fyi, i just opened nestopia for the nth time and for some reason it cleared all my settings, so it may not hurt to check everynow and again to make sure your settings are correct. it gave me an error message when i opened it, so you should be aware if it does reset your settings.

IF YOU WANT TO RECORD VIDEO: you must use v1.39 and follow this handy instructional video (http://www.puretecmo.com/forum/viewtopi ... 86&t=26838)
